It is fact that the infrastructure of the Bank is not good to cater such a huge customers. The ATM of the Bank remains closed most of the days, as a result the entire pressure comes upon the Branch.There is also a passbook printing machine which is placed at the 1st floor which is not convenient for the customers, intead of that if it is placed at ground floor it may reduce the pressure on the update counter. There were shortage of staff in the branch, but very recently some young bloods are infused and one can hope a good service in near future.

Poor service! Bank staffs are not good, harassing us every time.. This bank is HARASSMENT BANK. We have to submit a report about this bank to a higher community standard.
