State Bank of India - New Garia Branch

One of the PSU bank in format of all SBI together not in any city name. It mostly deal with savings and all government bank employee. There are lot of scheme provided by bank is people at times are not aware. Infact the PMEGP loan of Names also get processed from SBI.

Stuff are not cooperative mainly service manager

The State Bank of India Garia Branch is situated on Raja Subodh Chandra Mullock Road. It has shifted its address from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road. It has numerous customers mostly senior citizens. Most of the staff follow the footsteps of their manager Raju Naik with rude behaviour towards the customers. The service is extremely poor. Most of the staff are old and on the verge of retirement and they just don't care for the customers. One old lady who manages the first cash counter leads by example with her own style of misbehaviour. Moreover the staff are extremely non cooperative in nature. Customers beware. Think twice before banking with this bank branch.

Very bad service, they cannot change my DOB although i have applied for that, 10 days ago.

Good services but not best..
