Few clerks are absolutely not cooperative...argue with customers...and donot provide instant service...I went 4 times for address correction... after some arguments they did it but it could be done on the very first day..they tried to make out me that my requirements are not supported in computer system.. but lastly it was supported...so I can say that intentionally they denied to do that for me as if only we are dependent on them.. they are not...wasted my Times...very poor 3rd class service and worst behaviour.. they just deserve zero star..but I have no option

Very helpful staff but the no. of staff is less.For this someday you have to wait for nearly 1 hour to get your work done.
