So, first thing I want to tell about bad thing which gave a bad impression.nI went to this for a loan purpose. All job has done smoothly buy one thing feel me unsatisfy. One employee named SRIJIB, is not good at my experience. He doesn't clear your problem, doesn't try to listen and understand.nIf you have a work with him, please make a clear all point. If you are not understanding any part, you have to clear that point through him or other.nSRIJIB will not explain you any point. He is just a worker so he doesn't want to take interest for you. He will not take any effort as he can. Thats why I gave 3 star.nOn the other hand, I had to do a work to Siddhartha sir in loan department. He is very nice guy. Such people are not commonly seen. He tries extremely at his end. I haven't seen that level of hardworker usually. I really appreciate his work.nExcluding the bad thing, all are alright.nNice airy, clean, safety kits all are maintained properly.

This is one of the worst SBI bank I have visited. No discipline of staff . No good behaviour. Make people run from here to there. Full example of how a government office work. Now I know why private bank should be supported more. Soon SBI will become Indian post
