It's SBI Burdwan Main Branch. So, lets talk about the ambience. Ambience of this branch is wide ranging. Big hall, well maintained, airy, lighten, clean and clear.nNow, My experience about this branch is quite impressive. Specially, the behaviour of Chandan sir is very immense. Till now I can say that he is very polite, customer friendly and most helpful in my mind.nMost important part is that he always listen to customer. Now a days lstening objective is very rare in bank like SBI and all. He never back me and everyone.nOnly few bank employee has this type of attitude. All are very active. Nice branch. Nice gesture of the staff working there (which is a very rare thing in govt. sector), good facilities provided by bank, everything is proper and maintained

Quick service. Staffs are polite.. SBI passbook printing. Coin machine.. Cash deposit machine and 3 more atm are available.

Great bank it is the main SBI branch of burdwan. Court compound branch. Very big bank with very good service. There are 26 counters. One to ten counters are at ground floor and the rest ar on first floor, all the cash counters ar at ground floor. It has ATM service just outside the building, but at most of the time the passbook updating machines are not working, and it is the most annoying thing to get into huge line just for updating my passbook.
