Very poor activity,counter number 2 is very busy all work that is(cash withdrawal,newATM,any update,new account..etc) sanction this counter,that means 1st contact this counter and goto othercounter then return to this counter to sanction it is very time waste this bank,like 1st all works stop his/her personal works and go to this bank.
