Neat and clean branch and helpful bank staff members. When I visited this branch office hand sanitizer was available at the entry gate and security gourd was checking temperature of everyone with infrared thermometer. This is located on main Kalkaji raod so location is also good and easily accessible.

Staff here is really very lazy and they do the work very slowly. But they have improved their services by appointing new young staff members in last few months.

It's the worst bank I have ever seen. Where even the branch manager is also ill mannered. With the kind of behavior of the people here I don't think it should also get a single star.
