I along with my wife Suman Narang visited the branch on 15th January,2020 and 28th January for some bank transactions and opening an account. Really very impressed with the service of the branch staff. I am an ex banker, from a different bank but the service I got from each and every staff member I talked to was very good. The Deputy Manager Bharathy Parthasarthy and her colleage were very helpful in opening our joint account. The Manager was really very copperative and the staff( I do not know their names, I met atleast 4 of them and all were very helpful). I have dealt with many banks including ICICI Bank, but never seen such a good customer service.nnOn one more occasion, I requested for a cheque book, online which was despatched to me on the very next day(tracking number was also sent to my email) which I could not get for about a month from another nationalised Bank .

Cons:n- No SWIFT Code. They refer you to some other branch if you ask for it.n- Some people there are quite impoliten- They will make you go in circles if you want to open a bank account or have something done.n- They will try their best to find flaws in your documents and might even say ridiculous things to discredit your documents.n-The ATM does not always worknnPros:n+They offer all the services SBI is supposed to offer, except some.n+The security guard and some people at the desks are helpfuln+Some people are politen+Cheques and cash can be deposited by machine
