Horrible service. Grumpy staff. Always make it look like they are doing you a massive favour. Nobody ever answers the phone. No one is helpful.

Very very old style and slow operating system. You have to wait for long hours to get your transition done. The entire staff will go for lunch at the same time. You have to wait until they finish the lunch.ud83dude34ud83dude34ud83dude34

Slow !!!! Worst service ever !!! They'll make you regret for chosing this branch.nWill not tell all the requirements at once. To complete a work you have to visit this branch a dozen times atleast !!!

Very bad service, don't know how much to charge for bank statement and deducted 8k for taking 13pages print out.....and after noticing they are about to refund.... slow service....in emergencies people will die with this type of service
