One of the worst branch in this location.For small work they make public to wait for longer period. The lady next to cashier will be engaged in her personal calls and chatting...When I informed to this issue to the manager she said we all are working hard for public..it's better to choose other branches..not recommended.these people doesn't bother about customers.for every thing they say go to online.then why the branch is opened when everything is recommended for machines.

Very very arrogant staff I never visited again. staff behaviour because they do not care any customer. . For small work they make us to wait for long time.

Don't know about the other staffs... But there is a lady who sits beside the cashier. She is very arrogant, behaves as if she is doing a favour on us.

The Karnataka Bank provides better service to users. I had been to make a DD as part of non banking account. Things were smooth and had completed the task within 15 Mts.

Excellent supportive staff and we have the passbook update automatic machine which saves a lot of time. Has got the minimum delay grievances however the staff listens to you for all you needs and supports as required. It has got locker facility and a ATM in the same venue not sure of the cash availability convenience. However the support from staff weighs it above its competitors compared to other banks in the area. Not a nationalised bank though. No credit card facility as well they have tied up with SBI to offer the same.
