Bad experience, bad customer service not satisfied. I decided to shift to some other bank

Poor service. I had personally visited branch and applied for cheque book but even after one week I haven't got it. When I tracked Post office tracking online it was showing target destination is 560021 ie. Subramanya nagar, then I called-up customer care they said they are not able to track online because It was not showing any detail at their system. After that I called-up branch then I came to know that my latest address is not updated in Cheque book request detail, it was still showing 15 years old address (My latest address updated only in passbook and I am able to see online as well) I wonder how come this bank serving so poorly to their customer. When it is collecting fine for not maintaining minimum balance and making 2000 crores money on every year. I had very bad experience with the basic services. Couple of time earlier also I had bad experience with this SBI bank.
