Do never go with LIC HFL for housing loan they are the big cheater by initially offering interest rate in par with bank interest rate.. after 2 years they will increase interest rate upto 14 % without informing to customer.. by this customer loan term will get doubled.nnIts big a trap to cheat innocent customer by LIC HFL.. Come what may if you want to take housing loan, always go with any bank whose interest rate are controlled by RBI (LICHFL is not control by any Institution) and any change in interest rates benefit will be transferred to customers..nnAnd one thing dont go for interest rewrite by paying 15000 approx. with LIC HFL if you do so.. Next year you have to pay once again 15000 or more to reduce intreset rate in LIC.. Its always better to transfer loan from LIC to any banks..

Girish (dont know the last name)didnt even have courtesy to talk to customer decently he was irritated and trying to intimidated over the phone terrible experience LIC please address and have your employees behave well with customers
