Visited your Beml nagar branch. Wanted to convert my wife SB account to Joint account. The account did not give proper guidance and instead the account and the Branch manager was blaming us for not asking the instructions and he was supporting the account that she is right. Overall the experience was worst this morning and we really felt bad. Wanted to close all our account by next visit asap.
