When shifted to new building neat atmosphere felt. But staff are not committed to their work. When i reached there at 10 o clock most of the staff are not reached there. Upto ten minutes i stayed there without nobody's attention. Easy to get loan on property. Interest rate is high. Housing loan also available now. That's interest is low. Repayment period is fixed for 15 years. Diminishing interest rate is there. Suitable for the people who has income without proper documents.
