Service is very slow and behaviour of cashier and bank manager not so good. Phone number provided here of the bank is wrong no. Worst service of sbi in this branch i ever seen.

Most of the morning hours, there is a good size crowd here. The no of stations also very less. Usually one or two are manned at a time. There is a clear lack of organisation which can be seen on entering the main hall. The staffs as in any public sector bank in india, seem less friendly and less cooperative most pf the time. For instance, if u come here to just for a simple querry of a withdrawal, it will take close to 1/2 hour or more in the rush in morning hours aroun 10-11am. As this branch is only SBI branch in sarankul, the rush is somewhat justifiable. But the authorities also need to upgrade and add more manpower to tackle such large crowd of customers.
