I have Federal Bank account for the last 7 years. I have both salary and saving account. I am satisfied with the customer service and responsiveness.Their online service like internet banking is easy to use and it is very fast also overall doing goodnnI am doing all my transaction through this FEDERAL Bank. Its been 7 years , salary come savings account. There is requirement to maintain a minimum balance but after changing salary account, no need to maintain minimum balance. Kollam main branch of federal bank. Good location away from hustle and bustle ,ample parking available . They have ATM in the premises too. ATMs within bank premises are safer and most unlikely to find empty on working days.

Staffs are not at all well behaving and not at all committed
