Coastal Urban Cooperative Bank

very nice bank but staff service is not good

I am project engineer at kerala rural water supply and sanitation ,last week I visited your bank( coastal urban cooperative bank) for some enquiries ie my house loan details ,to take the gold back etc. It's sad to say poor behaviour from the bank officials ,I asked one paper to give application for loan statement the answer is no and insist to bye from outside ,the way of answering is too bad from the official and not good for them,if they continue in this way it will effect bank reputation.so please take necessary action and my rating of this bank is very very poor.......
