Congested branch best thing is ATM and CDM is available inside branch

though i liked the service on my first visit there. i was very disappointed after the same officer who attended to me on the earlier visit was not so attentive to my complaint. i had no money in my hand and my salary was transferred to the wrong account number which was not his mistake but the officer did nothing but blame the other bank for doing the transfer to the wrong account. i didn't expect his empathy but at least i expect a solution. i had to visit that branch again with my boss again to raise the same issue. then i had to make a few calls to find out whats best for me.

The Kollam main branch moved from earlier location near Shah International to this new location nearer to kadapakkada with more parking space and customer convinence.nnIt still is a busy bank and much of the accounts it handles are either trade accounts or small scale enterprise segment
