Worst customer service experience ever. Donot value customer's time and effort. being an NRI customer, I find it hard to get any service done properly without going at least 3 time to the bank. Lame excuses are provided everytime. Will not recommend to open any type of account at this branch.

Worst banking service. Always shortage of staffs. Having problems everytime with gold loan renewals. Due to unavailability of staff I couldnt renew the loan on time. Also they delay processing subsidies. Last year I got the subsidies even after 2 months of closure. Prefer not to go there. Don't waste our time and money.
