So much delay in services. It takes more than 16 days to change my mobile number linked with the bank. I doubt if the staff is following their schedule because to change mobile number, 16 days is too much and currently waiting. Really dissatisfied. Wish I can give zero but couldn't. The system is rotten. If you have close friends, you get your job done more quickly while delaying for others. Thanks the Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006 I'm filling a complain soon. I've been looking for so long.

At least the windows should be opened if the ACs are not functioning as per need, human beings need fresh air. The token provider is so bossy. He left timely for break, but comes late after break. BREATHING WARM SMELLY AIR !! Please take care of this.

Staffs are really efficient and as such tasks are efficiently completed without much hassle sans those days with network problem.
