The worst customer service I have ever faced. For a KYC process my sister has to go to their bank two times as on the first day they said that KYC is done within 12pm. However, the next day she had to wait from 09:45 am to 12:00 pm since the staff did not come. It's ridiculous, I think they are happy to see public feeling embarrassed due to their attitude. The staffs are not customer friendly.

The best branch in Manipur as far as ambience and staff behaviours are concerned. You can get gold loan from here. Do download SBI Yono app. You'll get most of your work done from home. You only have to visit for cash deposit or big cash withdrawals and loans application. Staffs are knowledgeable and helpful. Atm is almost always functioning. Less crowded with two floors.

I get worst banking experience from here! No offence to SBI but The staff and everyone here need more training on how to make a good relation with their customers! Just like BOB
