State Bank of India - Porompat Branch

very bad attitude of the staff as well as gaurds. no repect towards customers as well as opening hours.they make their own sop as per their convenience. in my opinion this branch needs to be shut down or overhauled with complete new staff

One of the worst branch on earth; Garlanded with amorphously Pompous staffs. With rotten equipments (still telephone out of order), No helping nature, no proper management,p no work culture, no soft skills n communication skills , i eventhough a native; had transferred my account to J n K due to thier grey areas towards customers.

Very few personnels...the only SBI branch for one entire area of Imphal East... Thousands of customers via a mere 15 approx. employees with 8 counters and only 1 printer..each counter serving different specific functions... .to add on d frustration, Employees r working on internet explorer browser... So hw many hours r wasted for customers as well as d employees.... I cannot blame the tired personnels...seeing der frustrated faces I cudnt evn ask one question.. I think SBI, India sud opened up more branches or allocate few personnels... They sud expand the office area also.. MY courtyard is bigger den d office area.....

I am a customer of this SBI porompat Imphal East . Everytime it failed when i try to contact to this branch office even the phone number is out of service what is this? Those who live outside the state there is no way to get contact . Worst SBI branch ever.

This is one of the worse bank across the world charging unnecessarily,lots of rules and restriction , poor service and also I'll treat to customer by staff specially counter-man
