Need improvement in customer dealing, staff should keep in mind that customer satisfaction is the top priority for them not us

They need to be more public centered. I didn't get a response to email change my branch to Bangalore. No fax in office. Unprofessional and don't pick up calls

The staff are highly unprofessional, they need proper training including how to interact with the customers. Ethically very low.

Highly unprofessional staff. Unfriendly, always ready to pass the responsibility to someone else. Lacks knowledge of their profession

Some of them are very kind and some other staffs are not costumers freindly.
