Services are nice and staff members are very supportive and helpful. Specially the guard at the gate is very helpful, honest and supportive. The bank has all the facilities that any bank should have and the work they have done in past year are very nice. I recommend to open an account in this bank and avail best services by bank. The customer care services or bank were also fantastic and the agent was very nice.

Useless bank. None of their service is working ever. Less number of ATMs available. Customer care number is on no use and the employees take interactions with customers as a liability. Just because employees are gvt. employed that does not mean you take customer interaction for granted.

The worst bank ever Indian Bank, I haven't got close to Rs3700 back from the company on failed transaction card swipe which debited the amount instantly. The customer cell doesn't help and the branch never picks up the call. The most horrible service, I do not recommend it to anybody.
