I think alll staff is 5th fail they dont know how to behave to people.nThe atm donot works therenCrowded banknSecurity Guard dont know how to speak and he also abuse some people and boys .nIn corona they dont say to maintain social distancenItd my request to change the staff and first of all the security guard,i think he is a drukard.

I was visited since 07/10/2020 to khirki extension Indian bank branch for closure of Bank account which is open by me through ib customer app.nI knew thatnNot professional staff in this Branch they don't know about online open Indian bank account by ib customer app. How to closure bank account?Branch is closed in lunch time which is working hours.nI request to head of Indian BanknNeed to trained Bank staff.

Extremely disappointing with this bank. Such lazy bank and bankers. its been 7 months i have been following bank for chip card. They closed mt debit card and did not give me new chip card. after 7 months my chip card came and my name was wrong . I spoke to Branch Manager, she assured me that in 10 days i will get my card with correct name and after 10 days when i went my card was not ready and i got very casual response by branch manager. I explained her my all saving is with bank and i am travelling and chasing bank so i can use my money but seems she is least bother. I still do not have card :( .. worst bank and very disappointed by their lazy service.
