Today my wife went there to open a account, they blindly tell her without a pan card cannot open account. and she visit the Manager (Very Very Big Boss) of that branch, what a rude behavior he did. did he learn from school of some were else??? does he have any qualification to sit in that chair. shame on you Manacadu Branch Manager. soon i will come to visit that Very Very Goooooooooooooood Manager with lot of Gifts.

customer service is very bad especially the cashier, she behaves like money is giving from her pocket. i didn't want to give the one star also

Staff behavior to customer is pathetic.When we enter into the bank their face feels like their enemies are coming to bank.Please teach them how to behave to costumers.
