The staffs act as if they are only bank in the city. Gone are those days, when we had no choice but to resort to some bank near our home/office. Typical Malayali attitude and false ego of staff are the main attributes over here. Best avoided .

Cannot get through to anyone in an emergency. It's all IVR and that pathetic replies.. Can't talk to a human..nThe reply is not genuine, there is no such email, [email protected] sent an email but it bounced back

Its been more than 2months i sent them so many mails regarding pending regumd amount of online transaction and still no response and didnt get the refund.
