One of the SBI branch in omalloor and the bank was needed to be improved in location and the interior. The bank has to be air conditioned, the facilities given to the customers are limited. The services are great and the staff behaviour is well good.

Previously the SBT now after the merger it’s SBI. This branch is the only branch in Omallor Village. Always busy and particularly in the month beginnings because of pensioners. Ideal time to visit is after noon when the crowd is less. Few staffs are good and behaves very friendly and are highly cooperative. But there are few arrogant staffs who keeps the same attitude when there were only this bank available, which needs to be changed to pull more customers. Easily accessible location using public transport. No space for parking.
