South Indian Bank

Pretty nice.... They are friendly with the customers. It's a main big bank in Thiruvalla with good facilities. There are sofas and chairs for the customers to get seated in case of a queue.

All staff go for lunch at the same time ,, not seen in any other banks,, people travel in this hectic traffic park out side and come in to finish their work, and u get zero response ,, terrible experience

Bank provides fast transactions and spacious atmosphere . place also provides good seating arrangement . Time consuming bank transactions can be adjusted by spending in good tea shops and snack bars available nearby .

Very poor customer service even with priority accounts.
