Staff is very rude and taking too much time for simple work which can be done within 2 minutes. If you tried to complaint against them nothing will happen with the staff. They don't care about their customers and services. Always there is technical problem with the passbook printer and server. If you'll never find these problems then there is staff problem. The staff of this bank never talk with you a great smile they think if they smile you'll ask their kidney
