Hopeless branch I have ever been to. No work ethics,no behaviour to match there professionalism. My father had account in the branch more than 20 years. The staff( bank officer ) called gupta was absolutely rude and uncooperative,behaved in a way it's a privately owned bank of his and not a nationised bank. I don't understand is why does bank evaluate employees behaviour and actions.. Without clients there would sectors of any kind. To make a single DD they made us wait for more than 2.5 hours.
