They don't deserve even single star.nn2 times I applied for saving account in this bank they refused to open account. They said their systems not working. Same word they said again and again - come after 3-4 days.nnWorst branch in the world. Because of their lack of work mood and continuously coming to the bank with same work and yet no progress i once fell down due to dizzyness..that was hell of an experience. Extra rude and ingnorance behavior of staff and bank manager.

Punjab National Bank is a one of the Nationalised banks. This is amongst the top banks of India. The staff is very much cooperative and helpful. Customer service is good. Sometime due to rush in the branch it becomes difficult to control the rush however overall working of the branch is good. One can visit branch for opening of Saving account, Current account, Recurring and Fixed deposit account even Lockers are also available here.

Poor bank, zero service, always short on staff, system always shut down, and unreasonably rude behavior..
