Band bank service ever i have seen in my lifetime

Worst customer service. They don't know how to respect customer. The staffs are very slow. The staffs of account department are very slow, especially the person who deposits the money, he is very rude and mannerless.

I have also a savings account in United Bank of India. After many years experience with united bank of india, I think it is one of worst bank in India. Many of bank staff works slowly. The bank is on the 1st floor and not enough room for customers and working speed is very slow. But it is one of the oldest bank of kolaghat and that's s why it has a lot of customers.

Lack of staffer makes the waiting for banking services long.
