Went for update and the staff who does that wasn't present at the moment,asked others to do the updation work but they denied saying that the one who does that isn't available while he is sitting idle, bogus incompetent staffs. Regret opening bank account in this bank.

Newly opened but hugely popular bank of recent times... Rate of interest is pretty good... Staffs and officials of this branch are also very helpful too.. Standing in the middle of jalpaiguri town also helped them to add more attention towards customers..
