Located at polytechnic College, but no atm is available on the branch, for college fees purpose it is useful and for account opening immediately it is useful

Had a very bad experience ... I have gone there for my education loan purpose ... The employee there doesn't know how to talk , they started joking about my academics failures , I know academic information is necessary in education loan but why to insult some one if u don't wanna give loan just inform me i will walk out ... I was seeking some information they could have told me on phone instead they have called me to bank and insulted me i want bank to take strict action against the same and i am closing my account there and Lodging a complaint against them .
