This branch in Bidadi has the best staff and the work around here is processed smoothly and without any hurdles. The loans are processed very fast and the best part is the behaviour of the staff is very good. All kind of loans are availbale here from gold loan, housing loan, mortgage loan, education loan, vehicle loan, business loans etc.I have been a customer of Bank of India since long and I am really satisfied by the services provided by the bank. Although majority customers are rural farmers, they fill the forms even for all the customers. Being a preferred customer gives me an extra point though but nevertheless specially this branch makes an extra effort to enable smooth flow of the work. The ATMs are also well maintained and are loaded with cash most of the times..

Worst bank among all in bidadi. Unfriendly staff, mera baap ka bank hai type of attitude by Manager n their rude behavior..nWhat Manager says is a rule here, won't care about RBI guidelines. every time i visit, manager will be in fight with one or the other customer. While arguing if customer don't accept what she says, then she throws away customers money like garbage n also i have heard she speaking with co worker that she will report false about customer loan account (who had argument other day) n create problem for them..nUpon all these, as a cherry on top of the cake. No staff knows Kannada properly and they expect customer to converse in HINDI..
