I did very big mistake to take education loan from this bank. every service is very bad. internet banking is most worst. staff working speed is very poor than SBI staff. you may have to wait more than 3 hours to make a demand draft in UBI while in SBI there is very crowd and queue in every counter but it will never take more than 30 minutes. if you are taking education loan or any other services from UBI bank than you will definitely putting yourself in problem till you are in college. although there is is very crowd or very burden on sbi staff but they have such a nice discipline ,services and fast working that you will not have to wait more time for your work. and there are much more facility than ubi

Pathetic service. It's better to walk another 100 meters and use SBI instead of UBI.
