This is main branch of Kanpur city located at Birhana road, hence known as Birhana Road Branch also. This located in a two storeyed commercial building of their own. The ground floor is meant for and equipped with daily banking. The first floor accommodates the Branch Incharge and loan department. The bank works is good manner with excellent customer service by well behaved staff.
