Very poor service to customer. No coordination among staff, dirty . Unprofessional approach. @vridavan shelters pvt. ltd. Kanpur They called our family for delivery at 11.30 am we reached with our children, but they kept us waiting till 7 pm on delivery day but the nexon they were going to deliver was dirty hence we refused to take delivery.

Experience is Good... Service is also well..Keep it up!

Needs improvement in service quality, Hygeine conditions and most important customer support quality.

Dealer representative not giving good quatations as compare to other showrooms , I feel cheated. Rates are usually higher than others. Before booking please check atleast from other showrooms. Even at delivery of car not celebrate cakes and nothing else . Not a single accessories given by him . Neither temple nor perfume nothing given by them as a complimentary .only 1.5 liter petrol given with new Altroz petrol premium car . So bad . Taking longer time more than 5 hours taken on delivery date as per showroom date. I am never suggest anyone to purchase car from their.
