Bank staff does not seems to know their own bank rules about Aadhaar, ePAN on account opening procedure listed on Bank website. Even with multiple rounds of visit insist for initial large bank transfer, FD and multiple internal reason for not opening new account which is not mentioned in bank procedure in official website. Suggest to be customer friendly and have internal escalation procedure to connect to Manager instead of leaving to staff without knowledge about the government an bank procedures. Not expected such treatment to long term privilege customer. Management should address this.

Avoid going to this ATM, security guard might spark a fight with you beware of him after 10 PM.nnIf this branch ATM is only up to 10 pm and open after 9 am, why don't they put a board for timing?nWhy does a security guard behaves worst by closing after I reached to ATM reasoning its closed after 10 PM?nnIf other banks can run their ATM 24 hrs why cant this branch?nIs this branch runs free of service cost for the transaction so it is limited access to people/customers?nnIf a Veggie vendor, milk vendor can behave pleasantly with their customer why can't a bank employees?
