This branch is staffed by people who have no motivation to work. The ATM machine almost always has problems. The passbook printing machine doesn't work as expected. The cash deposit machine gets stuck while depositing money. The staff display bad attitude towards the customer and make them wait for a long time for a simple task. When this was brought to the branch manager's attention, he was equally rude and uninterested in helping me.
