This is my worst experience in banking in my professional service of 12 years in medical profession. I just wanted to update my change of address in my existing account. took permission from my hospital for this work. after submitting my address proof they made me to wait for 1 hour which was very precious time for my patients and finally told some network issue didnt do my work. asked for atleast passbook updation no printer was working. everyone in bank are in their own world. I request customers to kindly change your branch or better not to be customer of SBI.I have banking with other banks NEVER had any problems so far especially private sector banks like HDFC..

Third rate branch. The phone number doesn't work. If by chance phone is received, the lady on the other side behaves as if she is owner of SBI. Don't have service attitude. No wonder SBI was under loss last year due to these uneducated animal type workers. For customers at far places, there's no help from this branch. Pl avoid this branch and find any private banks.
