Best experience I have ever had. Both Manager and Assistant Manager were customer friendly. All issues resolved in one visit and all together not asking to come again to solve multiple things.

Very unprofessional and looking at these people we can make out the difference between private banking and nationalised banking. Should change their behaviour and very much irresponsible. We gave a request for NEFT at 10.00 AM and said before 12.00 PM will be credited. When I visited at 1.00 PM they are saying sorry sir we did not authorize yet. ???? their concept is very clear Who's father what goes...... ???

Not at all goodnI am trying to contact hectically from the past one hour for an emergencynThe phone numbers given in web site are so useless ; one connects directly to some machine charges me; The other connects me to BNSL directory enquriry ; The third one simply disconnects soon after dialing. You have to update the phone numbers as and when changed.
