Even when the onsite ATM of this branch doesn't work the branch doesn't entertain green channel transactions where cash can be dispensed against swiping of debit cards

Very poor and customer unfriendly service. Bank is good for deposits and withdrawals as there are not too many customers but the Bank is unethical in its dealing with customer money and levy of charges.
