Horrible service always multiple incidents happens, if there any higher authority make them understand the value of the customer. Give some training to the staffs how to behave to the customer, always shows their dictatorship towards people and come with new rules, end of the day u can't draw your own money from sbi. Lastly my openion to go to private banks for investment or account for govt officials it's not possible as this is default to use SBI. Hopefully the authorities will make them understood to provide good service
