Very disappoint service, I have submitted my personal details to be updated and it never got update till date. 3 months now and am following up and call the bank for each line to be updated.nnI have lost my 3 months subsidies due from government .nnVery poor Customer Service and I feel that the government decision to privities SBI is mainly due to this.nnKishore

The worst SBI branch in Kannur. Arrogant staffs and the most irresponsible and stupid branch manager. No wonder why it's empty most times. Better change your account to some other branch ( or even another bank) if you need peaceful banking experience. Sad I can't rate -ve Stars. Way to go SBI !!
