Worst customer service.nThey are not at all worried about your queries/issues.nIf u get a chance to choose the supporting executive from Bank for your future support/reference never choose the Executive Mr.Lijesh. He will ensure that you will cry by going for ICICI bank.nHe used to call back whenever he sees a missed call from customer till the loan was processed but never received a call back once after sanction of the loan.

Worst in the world, I have given a request to update my CC address from bangalore to kerala, to get my new card delivered,nnNext day contacted me for a new credit CARD upgrade, and hv't updated my address. Full of C******* people, spoiling the ICICI bank image. So worst

I saw someone has already requested to update a proper contact number 5 months before. And I've seen the owner's reply too. But there is no number to contact the branch added yet!
