I am a serving soldier Of Indian Army. I have been transferred my Defence Salary Account in this branch from Pune. Near about 2 months have been passed but said branch did not give me my passbook till date. I have approached bank several times for my passbook but every time they show their inability to give me a passbook. Some times they say that printer is not working come after two days, employee who handle the printer is on leave or he is on medical leave. I don't know how they run this branch. I think most of the employee of this branch are lazy. They do not want to help their customers.

I wish this had a zero rating also. The staff just doesn't listen. No support, no consideration. The link is always down. They cannot talk properly. For the same work again and again, they will ask you to come.

They just bluntly refused to take coins of rs 1000 of rs 5 denominations .After requesting they told you can go and complain to RBI. Disgusting
