Worst staff interaction xcept fr manager nd t passbook printing guy.. babu log, as they say, r irritated without even helping the customer.. SBI needs to look over the RTI implications in this branch... I visit this branch after meditating for 10 minutes nd keep my fist locked literally everytime i step into this branch.. their servers will b down most of t times.. thy'll unnecessarily throw back tasks on customers who do not know banking procedures there by dodging those poor customers.. they have ever pending long queues of customers anytime nd everytime.... Sad SBI branch... Wish there was a downrate option, 'farthest negative for staff interaction...
