I hv visited to this branch today and such bad experience I have faced today employees of this bank process is very slow...just to complete there pendency they ask customer to wait there in bank ask them to do it letter. In there line ..it takes so much time n aftet that also they ask u to wait like anything. Like other person have no work .only they do work.... When ever I go there whr on line process doesn't work so I need to do it offlne.nAlways they have long queue. For such process n u just wait n wait...only such slow people n they taken for granted to there customer....

Dheela bank, specially MSE branch is full with dull and confused employees. Seems like run by illiterate people of reserved category. Its a shame to see such loose employees at important managerial positions.

The branch is very crowded but the work gets done easily due to automated machines, the behavior of bank employees is good, and special thanks to Deputy Branch Manager Mr. Kapil Yewle sir. His behavior is very supportive.

No one time to attend u not a even staff on their chair or counter on office time
